The Association for Paranormal Integrity is  a group of people that are looking to promote only the investigative groups out there that are wanting to promote the only "real" method of paranormal investigation...analog!  The rules are simple if you would like to be promoted as a group of real investigators that is willing to take the high road and perform investigations the right way as opposed to the "bump in the night" thrill-seeker way.  Simply apply at the following  email address:   afpidatabase@gmail.com

1.  Two different photos that you consider to be paranormal accompanied by full scans of their negative.

2.  Tell us why you want to be a part of AFPI.

3.  Tell us how you intend on promoting analog evidence and professionalism in investigation.

It is that simple.  Our database will be listed alphabetically by Country, State, Province, etc.  Remember, the groups that are presented and recommended here are the best of the best.  If you are having a problem that you feel may be paranormal, these investigators that are wearing this badge are the cream of the crop and they will be able to help you.

Some Points to Consider!

Something else to keep in mind are the people that are pretending to be something that they aren't.  We have found many groups out there that pretend to be a "non-profit" organization but when we look them up on their state's database of registered businesses they aren't there.  If you are going to claim to be a non-profit organization, you better fill out the paperwork and get registered with the state.  It's that simple.  The people that are not registered but making the claim are frauds.  In this field of investigation integrity is all you have so be careful out there.

We are also very concerned by the number of people out there that used to do real research but have given up on that for the almighty dollar.  They used to promote the use of analog equipment and realize that digital is not evidence of anything but are now sounding the trumpet of digital simply because they feel that since it has become popular in greater numbers, it is time to switch so they don't offend them and they will keep paying them to appear and give their now useless advice. 

We here at AFPI are also noticing that there are a lot of people in the paranormal field that are simply out there for entertainment but are being taken seriously by the general public as the "real deal."  This one is scary and if you are in the entertainment field i.e. you have a television show, radio show or make movies we urge you to use a disclaimer stating that it is for entertainment purposes only.
